I think the part that I love most about my job is all the great people that I’ve met in the 20 years I’ve been practicing.
I have watched patients get married, buy homes, start businesses, and start families. Their kids become my patients also, and then I watch them grow into adults. That’s how I know time is passing.
It’s something that is amazing to watch.
I’ve watched children become teenagers and now entering adulthood, starting their own paths.
I’ve known Dakota since she was 6 years old.
I’ve loved watching her grow and become more confident as the years passed.
This last weekend, I was invited to Dakota’s high school graduation. I couldn’t have believed that in the blink of an eye, this 6-year-old was now headed to college.
I was so flattered to be invited and wouldn’t have missed it for the world.
Dakota got accepted to a prestigious college in the west part of the United States. I am so proud of her accomplishment.
She is such a smart young lady. I can’t wait to see how she will continue to flourish. She always has and she always will.
