Just about two years ago, I was averaging 15 new patients a month. For me, at the time, it was a nice pace.
Then, about 2 years ago, I decided that I wanted to grow the office at a much faster pace.
My comfort level as a business owner was growing, and that was the barrier in my head that was holding me back.
Would I be able to handle the increased patient flow?
I decided that I was ready to grow and began reading all kinds of books on business. I focused on marketing.
Then, I began to implement the stuff that I was reading.
First, I began writing my monthly newsletters. At first, it was pretty tough putting them together. Eventually, I started to get a rhythm. We began to get a lot of positive feedback and it was my fuel to get them done.
After I received positive feedback about the newsletter, I heard of some online marketers that wrote daily emails to their clients.
Almost 2 years ago, I began to write my daily emails.
Every expert said that the emails needed to be written daily. Basically, Monday thru Friday. I decided to do it and I had no doubt that I would stay consistent with it.
Fast forward 2 years later.
We went from averaging 15 new patients per month to 25 new patients per month.
The greatest increase was due to referrals from current patients. YOU have been referring a ton of your family and friends.
