During the pandemic, we decided to begin wearing scrubs at work.
We also wanted to wash the scrubs on site. We thought that would be easier and more affordable.
It’s been two years now, washing our scrubs almost ever single day and last week our washing machine stopped working.
The dryer, which was on the same electrical outlet, was still working, so we knew it wasn’t an electrical issue.
We originally purchased the washer and dryer at Abt. The main reason we did that was because of their amazing customer service.
We knew that they stand behind their products and take care of their customers, when things break down.
Abt gives good pricing but there are other places that provide lower pricing than they do. But their customer service is nowhere near Abt’s.
When our washing machine broke down, we called Abt. The very next day Abt had a technician at our office to fix our washing machine.
Picking companies that will take care of you is important.
Taking care of our patients, is our most important goal. We want them to have a direct line of communication with our office.
When you call our office during business hours, a person will answer the phone. You are not connected to an automated recording stating if you want this, press 1 or if you want that, press 2. You speak with a real person.
This has allowed us to give the best customer possible.
