Over this last summer, one of our neighbors got sick. He’s a really active guy. He mows his own lawn. He shovels his own snow. But since he’s been sick, he’s been unable to take care his weekly responsibilities.
Whenever I get home, I see how this neighbors grass is freshly cut and now his driveway and sidewalk are shoveled.
I was wondering if he had hired a service to help him with his lawn care and shoveling.
This last weekend, I caught the kind and helpful culprit. Our next door neighbor, Dan, has been taking care of our ill neighbor.
This kind of stuff happens all the time on our block. Some days, I’ll wake up to my driveway being completely shoveled, after a snow storm.
Whenever someone has delivered a baby or gets sick, people will bring food over to help with the meals. It’s a very nice and kind block. It’s like living in Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood.
When we have friends over and they meet our neighbors, they notice the closeness we have among each other. Many people will comment on how they love the folks in our block. The friendliness is very noticeable the second you drive up.
Many people will talk about Dente in a similar way.
When you walk into Dente, you feel a happy vibe. They will say, “Everyone is so nice.” “You all are amazing.” It’s palpable.
We believe that customer service is more than a smile. It’s a connection. We aim for it everyday, with every patient.
Now, more than ever, we need to feel connections. People miss being around others. So if coming to the dentist, is your social hour, let’s do it.
