One of the nice things about our home is its charm. It was built in the 1930’s. We call it an English Cottage style.
One of the things that drives me nuts about our home, is the lack of lighting. Back in the day everyone used lamps and there were no ceiling lights.
So at night our house is very dark. It is almost impossible to read at night.
We decided that we would add some can lights. We have been trying to decide how many cans we need, what size cans, and what brightness we need for each room.
Our contractor showed us different photos of different solutions. The photos were helpful but I didn’t get a great impression of the actual light. Then our contractor told us about another job he was doing, like ours, and he could show us what it would look like in person. Seeing it live, really helped. I could imagine how it would look in my own home, get a feel for how it worked, where I would place them, and get the warmth we were looking for.
At Dente, some patients ask me how we could improve their smile. I will show them pictures of what a smile improvement could look like.
The photos are of patients that we worked on, to improve their smiles, and the patients get an idea of how their enhanced smile could also look.
We can even temporarily glue it into their teeth, so they can show their friends and family and get their opinions.
It’s a great way to get a mental image of the improved smile, touch and feel the new teeth and see how it will affect the speech and bite.
If you would like prototypes of your enhanced smile made for you, please visit us at mydente.com or call 773-292-1911 and let us know that you would like to get a cosmetic consultation.
