Many times, as I’m standing or walking around, I will feel my phone vibrate in my pocket.
I will quickly reach into my pocket, concerned that I’m going to miss the call.
As I grab the phone and look at the screen, I see the screen completely black.
I then go into my call history to see if I had just missed the call. Nope. As I look at the call history, I notice that my last call was several hours ago.
This type of phantom cell phone vibration happens to me a lot.
My mind plays tricks on me all the time.
I used to be a complete hypochondriac.
As a kid, I used to think that I was always sick. My head would hurt, I would think that I had brain cancer. If I got a stomach ache, I thought I had some type chronic disease. Thank God I outgrew my fear of being sick.
What I have come to find out, is that most of the time situations tend to be less serious than we imagine.
More times than not, people that come into my office, are thinking that their oral health is way worse than it actually is.
Many of these people will procrastinate to get their teeth and gums looked at, because they expect the worse.
This is not always the case.
But if your case ends up being more extensive, we can prioritize your case as to what’s most urgent and tackle it as fast or as slow as you desire.
