Hunting for Health

In a lot of places, the vaccine has been opened pretty much to anyone. Any adult that wants to get vaccinated can. Officially, all Chicagoans qualify as of April 19th.

The hardest part is finding a location to get vaccinated.

I know that for our healthcare and dental community, it took many of our colleagues and team members to scour the internet and notifying the group when they found something that opened up.

It would be only a matter of minutes and all of the appointments would be full again.

I know many people have struggled and don’t have that number of people looking for an appointment, like we did.

But I recently came across a Facebook page called “Chicago Vaccine Hunters”. It has 92,000 members and is constantly posting vaccination openings throughout the city.

Sarah, my wife, found her appointment through this group.
