Having a Party

This year will be my fourteenth year of operating in this location.

Last weekend, we celebrated our end of the year party.

Our group has increased in size, over the last year.

I’ve worked and known all members of the team from anywhere between a few months, all the way to 17 years.

As I sat there, scanning the room and looking at everyone, I was thinking of certain situations that we overcame. The differences we’ve had. The changes we’ve made.

In the early days, some of them left secure jobs to come work for me, at our office. A brand-new office that did not have that job security and guaranteed hours.

The only reason they left their previous office, was because they believed in me, and the dream I was trying to build. And I believe in all of them too! Everyday!
