I recently heard in an interview, someone said that “the quality of your events are directly related to the quality of the people you do that event with.”

The more I thought about that statement the more I totally agreed with it.

No matter what I do, as long as the people I do that thing with are great, the event will be great. I’m going to enjoy it.

This happens in all aspects of our lives. Think about teams that win super bowls. These teams may not have the best players but they definitely have the best team chemistry.
