As many of you know, over Christmas Break I hurt my left leg while I was working out.
I’ve injured myself in the past but not like this.
For the first month I could literally not walk for more than a minute. As soon as I put pressure on my left leg, it would hurt but it was tolerable. But once I hit the one minute mark my leg would begin to throb really bad.
As soon as that excruciating pain hit, I would need to sit down.
The pain began to get better and day by day where I could walk further without the severe pain.
I was beginning to get cocky and felt that I was all better. I decided to walk a few blocks. Half way through my walk I knew I had made a mistake. My leg was beginning to hurt like it did on the first day.
Fortunately, now after being super careful and not over doing it my leg feels a ton better. I’m still feeling some mild discomfort. It almost feels like a pulled muscle. It took time and patience.
