For the last month I’ve been dealing with left leg and hip pain.
This happened after I worked out about a month ago. The pain has gotten better but its still annoying.
My doctors have been telling me that this pain is coming from my back from a possible herniated disc or bulging disc. This herniated disc is placing pressure on my nerve and this pressure is radiating down my leg.
I was told, the only test that could verify this diagnosis, is an MRI.
I went to the hospital to go get my MRI.
Within 20 minutes the radiologist read the MRI and discovered that my spine is fine!
I did not have any herniation or bulging disc in my back.
That my discomfort was coming from a pulled muscle in my left leg.And I was going to have a complete recovery.
I was very relieved to hear the favorable findings.
Most of the time their appointments tend to be better than they imagined.
A lot of these patients will tell me, “Oh, I thought it was going to be worse.”
If you haven’t been to the dentist in a while and are afraid of what will be found, remember its probably not as bad as you think.
