On our way home from our vacation, our flight crew was super nice.
There was one particular thing that I was very impressed with. On the flight, a little girl was talking to her father, telling him she wanted to get her hair braided.
The flight attendant overheard the conversation and said she could braid her hair. The girl agreed to the offer. The flight attendant let her know she had to do some work first but once she had some free time, then she would be back to braid her hair.
Just as promised, 45 minutes later, the flight attendant came back to braid this girl’s hair. It was very cute and I was very impressed with this crews level of customer service.
Once she finished the girl’s hair, another girl wanted her hair braided and she braided that girl’s hair too.
But I must mention the flight attendant refused to braid my hair. LOL! This flight attendant exceeded the expectations of the customers.
I was so impressed.
I’m always paying attention to these types of high level of customer service. It’s a dying art. So I am also on the look out for it.
Whenever I get a chance to do business with another small business, I always will go the route of great customer service.
This is because, as a small business, my team and I try our best to give great customer service as well.
