Sarah and I recently went to a friend’s party.
I’ve been friends with this guy, Stefen, for about ten years.
I would love to hang out with him more but the busyness of life keeps us from hanging out that often.
I know some of his friends and family, but have only met them a handful of times.
But Stefen and his family are some of the warmest people that I have ever met.
They make everyone feel welcomed and they are happy to see you.
But that’s not just them, it’s everyone that they are friends with.
Everyone is hugging you and making you feel very special.
It’s nice and it gives you the desire to make plans with them more often.
My family is like this too.
Feeling welcomed and making people feel genuinely happy to see them, is something that I learned from my mother.
My mom makes everyone that comes over to the house, feel like they are the king or queen of the house.
This is something that I’ve tried to infuse into my office. Being genuinely excited to see people is something my mom taught me and its something I do everywhere.
If I’m out and I see someone at a restaurant, you would think that I saw a celebrity.
A good hug or a nice firm handshake to finish it off. Then we talk and catch up, like old friends.
At Dente, we pride ourselves on making every patient feel welcome.
And many of our patients, come in, looking to catch up, share their recent wedding photos, find out what happened over Christmas, ask what’s next on the agenda of life.
Then we remember, there is a dental appointment that is supposed to happen today as well. LOL.
We really do love to see each other.
If you are looking for a dental office, come here. But if you are looking for a dental home, we got that covered too.
Just remember, if I see you at a restaurant, say “Hi! Oh my gosh, how are you!”
Then, let’s catch up buddy!
