Due to the pandemic, we have a few check-in changes, to assist in keeping both patients and team members safe and healthy.
We now require a pre-screening health questionnaire, in order to be seen for an appointment. We will reach out to you by email or phone to complete this step. Simply return the documents by email or return our call, to finish the pre-screening process, no more than 48 hours before your appointment.
On the day of your appointment, you will need to call from your vehicle to check in. If you are not driving, please arrive no sooner than 10 minutes before your appointment. Please enter through the front door.
These steps will help us to maintain social distancing guidelines between patient appointments. Once you get the approval to enter, you will be ask to wear a mask at all times, when not receiving dental treatment. Also you will be asked to sanitize your hands and your temperature will be taken at the front desk.
We also offer contactless payment options, where you can pay before your appointment on our website, mydente.com, for any out of pocket costs. Please ask us, if you need assistance with that step.
