Opening my office from scratch, 18 years ago, was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I did not have a clue how to run an office.
For the first 5 years, I was just winging it. I had no systems and pretty much was flying by the seat of my pants. This is how most small businesses start.
I hated the unpredictability, and it was giving me a lot of anxiety. I began researching different companies that helped train dental offices to run their offices.
One of my friends was having some success and turned me on to this seminar called Dental Boot Kamp.
That seminar changed the trajectory of my office and after taking it, we have never looked back. All of our systems are from this seminar.
We first took the class 13 years ago and the only team members that took that first class with me are Zhana and Irma.
Today, we have an entirely different group of team members and none of them have taken the course. They know the systems we have established in the office, but they don’t know where all those systems came from.
This Thursday and Friday, our team will go "off-grid" and introduce the entire team to our Dental Boot Kamp skills and systems. We are excited to help our team learn new techniques. We promise to take pictures.
We will return to the office on Monday, October 28th, ready to take the next step in growing our business and helping more patients achieve their dream smile.
