Every year we go out to dinner as a team. Usually someone from the staff will suggest a place where they would like to go, and then we all go as a group.
This dinner will usually happen in January to celebrate our previous year.
We have enjoyed our team dinners out of the office. They asked me if we could do them more regularly, like doing a summer night out. They enjoy hanging out outside of the office.
A few months ago, I went to Piccolo Sogno with a bunch of friends and we sat on their outside patio.
Their patio is awesome and the entire time I was thinking how much our team would enjoy it.
This last weekend, we went to Piccolo Sogno for our office outing.
The weather was perfect, so the outside patio was amazing, and the food was delicious. We all had a great time.
Now the team has decided that I am going to host the team and their significant others at my house.
We all really enjoy working with each other and that translates to a great experience for the patients.
We always get compliments that our office has a happy feeling. And I must agree. It’s a happy place and it’s obvious the moment that you walk in.
